The structure is powder-coated using the stove method. The varnished surface is resistant to rust & UV radiation, ensuring that the colour does not fade and remains intense over time. The playpen is covered with a matte graphite sheet, allowing the dog to stay in it regardless of weather conditions. The roof of the pen, in the basic variant, has a slope towards the back.
