All orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. All orders are handmade to order and therefore we cannot accept returns.
All our packages are securely packed. You should check your product carefully as soon as you receive it. If anything looks damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Items that have been subject to mishandling resulting in an impact of the integrity of the product will not qualify for a full refund.
